satisfaction and succor of cheap food
Just had to ooze enjoyment for a minute about the cheap eats - so far, despite trying fancier restaurants where we paid nearly $6 total (yikes!) for a meal, by far the best has been buying a sandwich from the sandwich lady, dumpling from the dim sum man, pho from the corner, and ridiculously good fish, pork, etc. soups from the market. Che is an awesome pudding-like dessert of tapioca and various tropical fruits and coconut milk, but my favorite is when they make it with sweetened mung beans. It looks gross, but tastes divine, is different everywhere and costs about 10 cents.

Can't say the food is right up my alley, but the price and the scenery make up for alot....not to mention the beer, of course. Nice picture and an upper after Ryan's description of the war museum. Quite the contrast! Hope Ryan is continuing to improve....M/P
Ahhhh Look how tan you are kid! Just to let you know ~ Im green with envy. Its been snowing all day here in the Arm (-6 currently) and my bare arms have not seen a ray of sun in over three months. I might be going sledding tomorrow and you most likely will be lazing in the sun on a beach.. nice!
